Nick, a native Carolinian, began his professional career as an adjuster with Allstate and achieved a ten year vested status. During the period following his work with Allstate, Nick attended Harvard Law School’s Project of Negotiation, completed both SC Civil Court Arbitration & Mediation training and became a private consultant to attorneys. Nick also earned his JD in 2011. Now, as a partner with Hamilton, Delleney, Grier, and Cotten LLC, Nick utilizes his combined 25+ years of in depth experience and education in the insurance claims industry, negotiation/mediation to help his clients in matters involving serious bodily injury and brain injury. He has experience in seven figure settlements and complex multi-policy settlements.
