Jack Sinclaire was raised in Charleston He obtained his BBA from the University of Georgia and his JD from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1984. Mr. Sinclaire was a prosecutor for 17 years, then went into private practice in 2001 and served as a Municipal Court Judge for the Town of Mt. Pleasant for 12 years. Glenn P. Churchill graduated from Davidson College in 1979 and the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1984. He clerked for the Hon. William T. Howell before spending 14 years trying cases in the State prosecutor’s office in Charleston County. He went into private practice in 2001.
