Located in our Fayetteville office, William (Bill) Senter has been a partner with Hutchens Law Firm since 1994. His areas of practice include Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, and Mediation & Arbitration. Originally from Raeford, NC, Bill has been successfully handling cases for clients throughout North Carolina since heading to Fayetteville after graduating law school. He and his daughter, attorney Maggie Bennington, often work together on workers compensation cases to cover both the claim and the civil case portion for their clients. While he still daydreams about playing professional baseball, his true passion lies in providing quality, caring legal service for every client.
