David P. Pepe is a shareholder with the law firm of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., concentrating his practice in sports law and personal injury litigation. Mr. Pepe is a certified baseball agent by the Major League Baseball Players Association. He has represented numerous professional baseball players and is the managing agent of Pro Agents, Inc. (a subsidiary of the Wilentz firm) that has a client roster of over thirty professional athletes. Mr. Pepe negotiated, among many other professional contracts, the largest guaranteed contract for any closer in MLB history at that time (2008).
