Brett Carter is a partner at Bertoldo, Baker, Carter & Smith, having joined the firm in 1996. He received a degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and then graduated with his Juris Doctorate from the Willamette University School of Law. During his studies at Willamette, Brett also attended William and Mary Law School’s international studies through the University of London-Exeter. Brett is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a prestigious group of attorneys nationwide who have obtained trial verdicts in excess of several million of dollars.
