Our law firm, the Schultz Law Office, P.A., was founded by attorney Gerald O. Schultz, who has been serving clients in southwest Kansas since 1984. Gerald received a bachelor’s degree from Ottawa University and his law degree from the Washburn University School of Law. He has been a member of the Kansas Bar Association Legislative Committee and served on the Kansas Supreme Court Blue Ribbon Commission in 2011. Our practice took its current name in 2013, when Gerald’s son Zachary D. Schultz joined as a lawyer with the firm. Like his father, Zachary attended Ottawa University and the Washburn University School of Law.
