Since 1994, Attorney J.P. Gonzalez-Sirgo has focused his practice on protecting the rights of victims of hospital and medical malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death and fighting for the rights of Florida insurance policyholders, consumers and small businesses. J.P. holds an “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available to lawyers. J.P. has also been certified as a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum where membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts, , awards, and settlements and fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members.
