The Law Offices of Dale K. Galipo focuses on civil rights litigation, particularly police misconduct & shooting cases throughout California. While the bulk of his cases involve excessive force, we also handle issues related to death in custody, false arrests, denial of medical care, jail misconduct, and sexual abuse cases. By 2004, Galipo began securing multi-million dollar jury verdicts for victims of police misconduct and abuse. Recently, he was recognized at the UC Davis School of Law, where the MLK award was presented in his name. Over the past eight years, Mr. Galipo has won 57 jury trials and achieved over 100 seven-figure verdicts and settlements.
